Everlife is built for the things a 15-minute office visit rarely gets to — energy, sleep, hormones, sexual health and longevity. You complete an intake online, a licensed clinician reviews your history and goals, and your plan arrives at your door.

No waiting rooms, no referrals, no chasing refills. Your clinician stays reachable in your portal between visits, so your plan can be adjusted as you go rather than once a year.

Yes. Every prescription is written by a licensed clinician who is authorized to practice in your state, and every medication is filled by a U.S.-licensed partner pharmacy.

Your health information is stored and transmitted securely, and it's used only to provide your care. Everlife is LegitScript-certified, which means our telehealth and pharmacy practices are independently reviewed.

For most treatments, no. Your intake form gives your clinician what they need, and they'll follow up by message if anything is unclear.

A short video or phone consultation is required in a handful of cases — certain medications, and certain states whose laws require a live visit before a first prescription. If yours is one of them, we'll prompt you to book a time that works for you.

Usually within a couple of hours. Our partner clinicians review submissions throughout the day, and when a treatment is approved the pharmacy often begins filling it the same day.

You'll get an email the moment there's a decision, plus a message in your portal if your clinician needs anything else from you.

Everlife is a cash-pay service, so we don't bill insurance. Pricing is transparent and flat — no copays, no surprise fees, and the clinician review is included.

Most treatments and lab work are eligible HSA/FSA expenses. We'll provide an itemized receipt you can submit to your plan administrator.

You're charged when your clinician approves your treatment and the pharmacy begins filling it — not when you submit your intake. If you aren't approved, you aren't charged.

On a subscription plan, the card on file is charged on the same date each cycle, at the time of each shipment. You can see and change your next charge date in your account.

It's how we confirm you are who you say you are before a clinician prescribes for you. Identity verification is a standard safeguard in telehealth — it protects you from someone else ordering medication in your name, and it lets the pharmacy dispense with confidence.

Your ID and photo are used for verification only and are stored securely.

It still is — the consultation happens from your phone or laptop, wherever you are. Some states and some medications require a live conversation with your clinician before a first prescription can be written.

The call is short, usually 10–15 minutes, and it's included in what you've already paid. Once it's done, refills continue online as normal.

Everlife partners with independent, U.S.-licensed physicians and nurse practitioners who specialize in hormone health, longevity and metabolic care. Your clinician is licensed in the state you're located in.

A quick online assessment, then a clinician review of your goals and health history, then a plan made for you. Approved treatments are compounded in U.S. pharmacies and shipped discreetly to your door — typically within a few days.

You can complete recommended lab work at any of 2,000+ LabCorp or Quest locations. Results flow into your Everlife portal, where your clinician explains what they mean and adjusts your plan if needed.

Yes — log in to your Everlife account any time to message your provider about side effects, dosing, or how you're feeling. There's no charge for follow-up messages.

Prescriptions & pharmacy

All prescriptions are compounded and dispensed by U.S.-licensed partner pharmacies. Our purity guarantee means every product is sourced domestically and meets the highest safety and quality standards.

No. A clinician decides whether a treatment is appropriate for you based on your intake, your history and — where required — your labs or a live consultation. If they determine it isn't right for you, you won't be charged for the medication.

No. Everlife clinicians do not initiate or refill controlled substances. If your care needs one, we'll tell you so you can work with a local provider.

Some Everlife treatments are custom-compounded and available only through our partner pharmacy. For anything else, message support and we'll tell you what can be transferred.

Shipping & delivery

Once your clinician approves your treatment, the pharmacy often ships the same day. Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days. Custom-compounded medications can take a few days longer to prepare — you'll get tracking as soon as it's on its way.

Yes. Everything ships in plain, unbranded packaging with no mention of what's inside. Temperature-sensitive medications ship with cold packs.

Not at this time. Everlife treats and ships only within the United States. You'll need a valid U.S. shipping address and to be physically located in a state where our clinicians are licensed.

Check the tracking link in your shipping email first — carrier delays are the usual cause. If tracking hasn't moved in a few days, message us in your portal or email support@everlifemd.com and we'll chase it down with the carrier for you.

Billing & subscriptions

Most treatments ship on a recurring plan so you don't run out. Depending on the plan you choose at checkout, your card is charged monthly or every two months, on the same date each cycle, at the time of each shipment.

Log in at everlifemd.com and cancel under your Account tab. Cancel before your next shipment date to avoid being charged for the next cycle — once a shipment has been filled, it can't be reversed.

Consumer protection law prohibits the return of prescription medication, so Everlife can't accept returns or issue refunds for prescription products once they've shipped.

If something arrives damaged, or you're not satisfied with a supplement, contact support and we'll make it right.

Both live under your Account tab at everlifemd.com. Keeping them current matters — if a card fails to process for a shipment, your subscription may be paused or terminated.

Yes. Most Everlife treatments and lab work are eligible HSA/FSA expenses. We'll provide an itemized receipt you can submit for reimbursement through your plan administrator.
